What the record does—and does not—tell you

Coverage varies by property and source. A tax lot is not always one physical building or the interest available to buy. A recorded mortgage amount is not a current loan balance. An assessment owner is not necessarily the beneficial owner. Theoretical floor-area arithmetic is not verified development permission. A missing record does not prove that nothing changed.

AI research and daily allowances

Sign in to request AI research. Questions and Hunts have separate daily allowances, and availability depends on shared capacity. Accepted requests consume an allowance when research begins, including requests that fail or are interrupted. Capacity resets on UTC days; an operator pause can last longer. AI can make mistakes: check the evidence before acting.

Your account shows current limits, usage, and subscription status. Pro is $49/month when checkout opens, with 100 research credits per billing month. Credits vary by research action; automatic monitoring and email alerts are not included. View plans.

Keep your work—and check its save status

Research can be kept in this browser. Signed-in account sync depends on service availability; use the save-status message, and export important work. Do not assume a local draft has synced or share private research through public links.

Report an issue

For incorrect property data, use “Report incorrect data” beside Sources in the property’s History. Include the field and a public source we can check. A report does not change the record automatically. If submission fails, your draft remains available to copy or open in your email app; opening a draft does not send it.

For account issues, feedback, or pilot access, email Atlas support. Include the property link and what happened, but never passwords, API keys, or confidential deal documents.

Billing, cancellation, and failed payments

Open Your account to view your plan and manage billing. When subscribed, Stripe’s billing portal lets you update your card, download invoices, and cancel future renewals. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. If payment fails, Pro research access pauses until payment is resolved. The free map remains available.

For a failed research request, unexpected charge, refund, or account deletion, contact support with your account email. Never include payment-card details. Account deletion is handled by support and does not itself cancel billing.
