Using Atlas

Atlas provides property records and research tools for the supported Manhattan area. You are responsible for how you use its information and for verifying material facts against authoritative records and qualified advice. Do not use Atlas to harass people, discriminate unlawfully, evade access controls, or upload material you are not entitled to share.

Records and AI research

Public records may be incomplete, delayed, incorrectly matched, or inaccurate. Estimates, recorded facts, self-reported information, and AI interpretations are different kinds of evidence. Atlas does not guarantee ownership, availability for sale, current debt balances, permitted development, investment returns, or the accuracy of AI output. Atlas is not a substitute for legal, tax, appraisal, engineering, lending, or investment advice.

Your account and research

Keep your sign-in secure. You retain your rights in the content you submit and allow Atlas and its service providers to process it to operate the requested features. Do not submit confidential deal documents or sensitive personal information unless you are authorized and understand the feature’s handling of that information. Keep independent copies of important work; a browser draft is not proof of a successful cloud save.

Subscriptions and renewal

Where checkout is available, Atlas Pro costs $49 USD per month, plus applicable taxes shown at checkout, and renews monthly until canceled. Review the final amount and renewal terms before paying. A free account does not start a paid subscription. Stripe processes payments; Atlas does not collect full card numbers.

Pro includes 100 research credits per billing month. Credit costs are listed on the Plans page. Credits are deducted when a request starts, including requests that fail or are interrupted, and unused credits do not roll over. Daily limits and shared service capacity also apply. There are no automatic overage charges or credit purchases. Automatic monitoring and email alerts are not included.

Cancellation and billing help

Cancel future renewals using Manage billing in Your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid subscription period unless a different date is explicitly shown during cancellation. A failed payment can pause Pro access. Contact Atlas support for an unexpected charge, failed research, refund request, or help canceling. Refund requests are reviewed individually; any rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

Availability and changes

Atlas may pause research for maintenance, capacity, security, or cost controls. A subscription is not a promise of uninterrupted or immediate access. We may update the service and these terms; the current terms and plan details will be posted here. Contact support if a service problem materially affects your paid use.
